All classes are bootcamp in style. Wednesdays and Saturdays are bodyweight only. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays incorporate dumbbells and kettlebells.
Listed below are some of the formats we may use:
*Tabata = 10 seconds off 20 on x 8 rounds = 4 mins
*HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training, typically at 10 seconds off 30 on x 10 rounds = 7 mins
*EMOM = every minute on the minute perform a predetermined number of reps of a particular exercise
*AMRAP = as many rounds/reps as possible in a specified amount of time

A credit card is required for reservations. Please sign in and out for classes as space is limited.
No-shows may be charged the drop-in rate of $18 if class is full and prior cancellation within 12 hours was not made.
All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend all classes on the schedule!
