Move, Sweat, Sculpt w/ Jackie
All GC Fitt classes are a full body workout and 1 hour in length. Cardio and strength training are a prime focus but we also work on core, balance, agility, and overall fitness. Various equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, balls, ropes, boxes and more are used, as well as incorporating bodyweight and mobility exercises. Several timed formats will be used such as Tabata, HIIT, Circuit, EMOM, AMRAP and more.*
*Tabata = 10 seconds off 20 on x 8 rounds = 4 mins
*HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training, typically at 10 seconds off 30 on x 10 rounds = 7 mins
*Circuit = Any timed station rotation, for example 20 secs off 40 secs on x 10 stations = 10 mins
*EMOM = every minute on the minute perform a predetermined number of reps of a particular exercise
*AMRAP = as many rounds/reps as possible in a specified amount of time
All MixxFitt classes are 1 hour in length and are great for beginners, people with injuries or limitations, postpartum moms or those starting back after a hiatus.
Focus is on strength-building, balance, agility and core exercises with moderate cardio movements. Tools include dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, TRX, bosus and much more.
All Move, Sweat, Sculpt w/ Jackie classes are a full-body HIIT workout designed to get your heart pumping and sculpt your body. All classes consist of time-based sets and you will work individually or in a circuit, moving through stations. Expect to see lots of body weight exercises as well as equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, benches, jump ropes, and slam balls.All fitness levels welcome. If you can move, you can do it!

No-shows may be charged the drop-in rate of $18 if class is full and prior cancellation within 12 hours was not made.
All classes feature a jog/jump rope/dynamic warm up at the beginning of class, and a stretching/mobility cool down at the end of each class.
All exercises can be modified to individual needs. Please tell your instructor if you need this before class starts!
All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend all classes on the schedule!
