Classes-Photo-Temp-16am and 6pm • Bootcamp
A variety of exercises using various equipment. Partially outside weather permitting. Suitable for all fitness levels.

9am • Body Blast
Strength-building, toning, agility and balance exercises with moderate cardio movements. Dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, bosus and much more. Format is great for beginners, people with injuries, or those starting back after a hiatus.

Morning Fitness Class6am and 6pm • AMWOD
AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible. A portion of the class will be a set number of exercises and reps per exercise that you chip away at on your own. Goal is to complete as many rounds of these sets in a certain amount of time.
WOD = Workout of the Day. A portion of the class will be a combination of a number of movements to equal a mini-workout. This could be for time or for reps.

Equipment/exercises include barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls, jump ropes, box jumps, step ups, running, rowing, burpees, air squats, push ups, pull ups, sit ups and lots more.

Bootcamp on Saturday morning6am and 6pm • HIITFitt
Cardio and bodyweight exercises.  No equipment used.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

9am • Body Blast

Circuit format with timed intervals. Weighted exercises using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, med balls. Light cardio. Suitable for all fitness levels.

A credit card is required for reservations. Please sign in and out for classes as space is limited.

No-shows may be charged the drop-in rate of $17 if class is full and prior cancellation within 12 hours was not made.

All classes feature a jog/jump rope/dynamic warm up at the beginning of class, and a stretching/mobility cool down at the end of each class.

All exercises can be modified to individual needs. Please tell your instructor if you need this before class starts!

All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend all classes on the schedule!
